What do you think is the closest thing to God on Earth?
My prayers tell me that children are. After all, God made us in His image, and children are pure before they "learn" sin.
If you study the Bible, you will see many times throughout that Satan has turned many men's hearts and they attack and kill children. A prime example was the story of Moses. All the firstborn children of his day were ordered killed by Pharaoh, leader of Egypt.
I find that the Devil is doing the same today.
Look around you, study the figures; children are being maimed and killed daily, hourly, and by the minute.
It is happening through abortion, child abuse, and just plain old neglect.
I don't know about you, but when I see or hear of any case of a child being hurt or killed, it makes me sick.
I am but one man, and my voice is not very loud, but I will cry for the children with all of my might!

Abortion
Say what you will; think what you may, but the minute that sperm enter an egg and changes happen, life has begun. To destroy it is murder.
I will not argue the same argument that has been debated for years. Just know that I have prayed and asked, and asked some more.
God Says:
Abortion is murder.
The picture you are about to see may be somewhat disturbing, but shows the life in a young child.
This baby had to be operated on early at 21 weeks because he has spina bifida. This Doctor has been blessed with great hands and actually operates on the baby while it is still in the womb. Dr Joseph Bruner actually cuts a small incision in the womb sack and performs the surgery.
What you are about to see just amazed me. It is not photo-shopped. The baby, Samuel Alexander Armas, is reaching his hand out of the womb and grabbing the Doctor.
At 21 weeks in many places is still able to perform abortion.
It is murder and you will have to answer for this someday.
Please, if you are considering abortion, please think! There are better ways. There are many people that cannot have a child and would give yours a loving home. Don't commit that sin please!! Yea, it may be legal, but legal isn't always right! Give that child a chance!!!

Maybe I am dreaming, but I would like to see a "Little House on The Prairie" type of mentality. When people cared about other people instead of just "what's in it for me?"
As for the parents, you chose to not use protection and you had a child. That child must be your #1 priority. Be aware who you leave your children with.
Your child deserves 110% of you, so give your child 200%.

I have an idea; for every abortion performed, we take one convicted child molester and kill them in the city square.
There is much documentation that the majority of child molesters don't change; why keep them around?
Molesters come in many forms and must be dealt with. Be very careful who you allow around your children!

So all those inquisitions and wars in the name of GOD are all wrong too? They obeyed God not Satan and Satan is not evil, it only means adversary. It is also brought about as the name of a SNAKE god of older belief systems. Satan does nothing if you don't give him any credence. Like Jesus says you can't serve two masters, you either promote GOD as the living of all and everything and everyone or promote Satan and his evil deeds. I choose not to focus on Satan because I really don't think there is such a thing. I focus on nature and what God has bestowed on each and everyone of us. There really is not evil in that natural world because everthing works with everything else. We do too only we have choices in our own thoughts and our own choices of actions. There is this thing called self accountability and Jesus speaks of this all the time and in various ways in your own Bible, yet those things are ignored and replaced with blaming things on others instead of seeing the wrongs that we commit every single day. Teach about the good of God and Nature and don't give credence to the wrongful actions of man and accuse some imaginary being. Jesus taught us to do this and to spread all his miracles to others, he never said teach about Satan because he said that was his job, not ours. Jesus also said that we would do more and better things than he did. It is also said that all his teachings and miracles are not in the Bible. I told this to someone else and they twisted it to mean what the scholars took out, but that is not what Jesus was saying. He said that they couldn't fit in a single book, not that any would not pass Man's authority over what went into the Bible or not.
You, lady, are quite mistaken and I must say that I will pray for you.
You are being led by someone other than God.

Now how did you come to that conclusion? Never did I claim that people of any kind should hurt children. Where is that logic?
How would you know that God is in me or not? Becasue I have self accountability and don't blame my actions on some evil entity? Where is that logic? Hey Froggy Great Post and you are totally right. To bad more people can't see the truth. Not sure how anyone could actually think they are not murdering a child. It's living and growing right in the womb of the mother. Though it is such a hard subject for a lot of women it is the truth.

Ask them what? Which Bible do you read--one that is watered down or something other than the KJV version. Try reading the other versions before the KJV and see the differences in them. It doesn't matter who you ask what because in that Bible it sais that God and all our answers are WITHIN each and every one of us and it also goes to tell you that God will never leave you and that Sin is far from us as it West To East or do you ignore those scriptures so that you can put fear into those who don't see things as your preacher says they should. It is true that in the Doctrination of The Church that it states that the clergy and parishioners shall be kept in the dark at all costs. I don't make this us. You don't have to argue with me on theology, just I don't want what others have shoved at you. I would rather find out where it comes from first.
You don't scare me and neither does your doctrine or dogma and no one knows what is in the heart of another--that is in that Bible too or didn't you know that either. It doesn't matter, because Love is all there is. Jesus said the laws are in the hearts and minds of men and he didn't discriminate. Belief and faith are not religion, it is a faith in yourself. Read about how we can move mountains and it doesn't say God will do it for us.
I read Young's Literal Translation along with the KJV and The American Bible, not just one.

Great Hub Froggy, we all have to fight the satan side of life. Our children do not deserve to be hurt we have to make the stand for no more crulty to our children. This lady is just another of many cons of ministery.

You say that Satan wasn't even mentioned in Genesis? What about in Genesis Chapter 3 where Satan clearly possesed the serpent?
What the hell does any of this woman’s rambling about religion have to do with protecting children from real evil. No religion says hurt children that I know of and many have a simular test that Abraham endured.
The devil, satan or any name is fine it is “the evil that men do” that is under debate. Many are critical of you Frogman and I find that you are a good man and we may not agree all of the time we can agree that children should not be subjected to abuse of any kind.

No, you have that information wrong. The first child that was to be sacrificed was at the hands of GOD. GOD told Abraham to sacrifice his son on the alter. Then GOD felt sorry for Abraham and told him not to sacrifice his son for him. It was not Satan at all. Satan was not even mentioned in the book of Genesis.
