There are many people committing crimes against children. I am putting a set of hubs together listing some of these sick, waste of oxygen people.

Much of the information come from America's Most Wanted.

Children are our future and we must do all we can to protect them.

Possibly in Pennsylvania or Manilla, Phillippines.

For Amber Fish, justice has been a long time in coming -- too long. As a child, she was molested by her mother's boyfriend, Guillermo Ramirez. Although Ramirez has already been convicted, police say he's been on the run for more than ten years -- years that Amber has spent waiting for justice.

Cesar Joel Sagastume-Morales

Sexual Conduct Against A Child , Bedford Hills , NY

Possibly in Prince George's County , MD or New York , NY

Cesar Sagastume-Morales had more than just numbers stored in his cell phone, cops say. When Sagastume-Morales left it at a friend's house, authorities claim that the friend found disturbing photos of her nine-year old daughter. What's more-- cops believe Sagastume-Morales had been sexually abusing the girl.

Martin Orozco Serrano   (Marcelino Serrano, Martin Orozco-Garcia, Martin Alejandro Garcia, Martin Alejandro Corrales Castelo.)

Child Molestation , Southern , CA   Child Molestation , San Diego , CA

Police tell AMW that for ten years, Martin Orozco Serrano's 12-year-old nephew withstood his uncle's sexual advances. But cops in Oceanside, Calif. say Serrano's cycle of abuse didn't stop there: authorities say he also molested the boy's two younger sisters and another of his nieces.

William Francis Sheehan   (Bill)

Failure To Register As A Sex Offender , Concord , NH

Possibly in Florida or South Carolina.

William Francis Sheehan is the type of child molester that cops say will never change. Since November 2007, he has evaded law enforcement, and now cops are teaming up with AMW to locate Sheehan.

Cops Say Fugitive Brothers With Mafia Ties Kidnapped Young Sons

When John and George Silah skipped town in July 2008, cops say they left behind some troubling items: immigration applications, identification materials, and bags of shredded documents. But more worrisome is who they've taken with them on the run: their three young sons, who authorities say are missing and may be in danger.
