Froggy's New Years Resolution For 2010
57Normally, I'm the guy who doesn't participate in making New Years resolutions. That changes this year!
I have only one resolution and it is broke up in two parts.
Watch this video and follow all the words. Toby Keith and Willie Nelson explain my feelings exactly in this song.
The Plan
First and foremost, I will step up the level on justice for my Grandson, Jonathan.
On June 23rd, 2010, it will be three years since he was killed by a stupid idiot. The prosecutor has not said a word and no charges have been filed.
I have had many people tell me that they probably don't have evidence, but I have paperwork right here that shows enough evidence that multiple charges should be filed.
I have many ideas on my next course of action but I will not tell them here. There is no sense in "showing my hand".
I do know that I am going to step up on the pressure even if it means buying a billboard in the middle of town.
I have not, nor will I, give up the battle for Jonathan's justice.
The Second Part
The other part of this resolution is to see that others have justice too.
I will push to see "deals" by attorneys and prosecutors to stop. When someone does crime they need to face justice. Most "criminals" like jail now days.
Jail needs to be a deterrent, not just "hotels".
When a person is sentenced to 10 years, they need to do 10 years, not 2 years.
The way to get the United States back in line is to have a good justice system. What we have now is a joke.
I will fight to see a better justice system. I will fight to see all child abusers and killers in "lock-down". I will fight to see abusers of women on "lock-down".
Punishments need to fit the crimes.
Maybe like Toby and Willie say " we need to hang a few "
The U.S.A. has always stood for both Justice and Liberty! I will not give neither of mine away; will you?

Great hub! Wishing you the best in 2010, looking forward to reading your work.
It is unpopular, but God says that real justice is when someone is a murderer, if you have two or three eye witnesses, the murderer should be put to death. That is justice, not revenge. It is not a single person getting back at someone that hurt them. It is a legitimate government protecting life because it is sacred. The murder has forfeit his own life when he takes the life of another.
I know this is not "pc" but it is justice.
prayers for a peaceful and prosperous 2010
