Hubbers Uniting Against Child Abuse

From the first day that I joined Hubpages child abuse has been my first priority. Many of you know the reason why, but if not watch the video's below.

It is an interview of your's truly by the lovely Angie Weidinger of KOLR 10 news out of Springfield, Missouri.

At this time there still has been nothing done on Jonathan's case. The main suspect is in jail on un-related charges.

This morning I decided to type "child abuse" into the Hubpages search bar. My heart was warmed. There are many hubber's with the same feelings. We have an army and we can defeat child abuse!

I have decided to recognize these Hubber's against child-abuse. I thank each and every one for the stand they are taking. We must put these loser's away; we must educate young parent's; we CAN make a difference!

I also know that just because someone hasn't wrote about this subject, doesn't mean they don't care. The many loving comments on my hubs show me that.

I find by plastering the internet with this info-people will be more aware and we can put a dent in this world-wide evil of child abuse.

This next poem I found on the internet and felt it should be shared here. I cried like a baby after reading this:

"Misty"

My name is Misty I'm only three, My eyes are swollen I cannot see,

I must be stupid I must be bad, What else could have Made my daddy so mad?

I wish I were better I wish I weren't ugly, Then maybe my mommy Would still want to hug me.

I can't speak at all I can't do a wrong Or else I'm locked up All the day long.

When I awake I'm all alone The house is dark My folks aren't home.

When my mommy does come I'll try and be nice, So maybe I'll get just One whipping tonight.
