What Now?
As of midnight last night, the only charges that can be filed in my Grandson, Jonathan's death can be murder or molestation.
I believe Lebanon, Missouri is as close to Hell as I have ever been.
Laclede county Prosecutor, Angie Hemphill Wright took upon herself to not prosecute. Has she slept with David Olson or fed him drugs?
I am sick, sick of Lebanon; sick of "fake" people; and sick of politics.
You know there is a way out of the path to hell for all of you. Come to me with truth and I will explain the way to you.

There are people convicted every day on child endangerment. Why wasn't they? We have entered a new chapter.

Try and calm down froggy. This isn't helping at all, only making you miserable. Don't let the bad decisions made destroy your life. I beg you to lift this up to God and give God control. Your wife needs you and so does your sons. We all love you froggy. If you need me, call me anytime.
As you stated Froggy, The truth will prevail. Any and Everything done in darkness Will Come to light. All will see that you were right. I pray that not at the tender life of your other grand son. Froggy there must be some way to petition the some higher department. Like Internal affairs to look into the DA department. How in the world could they Not bring at least neglect against them. You just don't let a child of any size sit and bleed while you take a shower. And then wait until he starts to loose oxygen, then phone for help.

It is in the furnace of life where we see what we are made of. The warrior spirit in you is very strong. May I suggest that you are fighting the wrong enemy? If... and I believe you do, we believe what the Lord Himself has warned us about, That there is a thief who came to steal kill and destroy, we should eventually come to the realization who the real enemy is. While it is true that I have never been through what you have there is truth to what you are about to read. Before I write it let me state for the record that knowing what I know about myself, I would have more than likely taken even more drastic measures to enact justice (revenge?). I have always been one to act first and reason second. That being said, I would hope that someone would give me cause to pause and reflect before I act hastily in a way that would cause regret for the rest of my life.
Do you really believe there is a God? If so do you believe there is a devil? Think on this for a minute. If there is a devil? What is his mission? To steal kill and destroy. Again, stop and think. The bible says "Though we walk in the flesh, we do not wage war against flesh. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have DIVINE POWER to DEMOLISH strongholds. 2 Corinthians 10:3,4." (emphasis mine)
Consider that the enemy of your soul has been perfecting his warfare tactics since the beginning of time. He knows how to push buttons. He squeals in delight when he sees the hatred build in you. He is the one who pushed the right buttons to cause the tragedy you have endured. Now he is pushing the buttons to direct your warrior spirit away from the true enemy... himself. For you to combat the real enemy you must first identify him. It is crucial that you understand that the players in this tragic drama are really like puppets on a string. To fight the right fight look at the one who pulled the strings. Now he's pulling yours. This IS the fight of your life Froggy. Fight it with all you have in you. Fight for your life. Fight for your loved ones. Fight for the savior who loves you. Fight in His POWER. With His weapons. Love and forgiveness to those who deserve neither will DEMOLISH the strongholds the enemy has on you and your loved ones. Now I will pray for you.
"Father, Fan the flames of your warrior son to fight the true enemy. Enable him to see the only cause worth fighting and dying for is your cause. The defeat of our enemy. The freedom of the captives. Strenthen him for the fight of his life. Let him see that there is much more at stake that justice for a crime committed no matter how heinous that crime may be. Time will pass but the fight he is in has eternal consequences. Bring him into the battle for eternity.

Froggy my friend & brother, I'm so sorry for your loss and the pain. But please do listen to the previous comments on this Hubsite.Your real fight is neither in nor cannot be won in the arena of the courts & in the flesh. It is indeed a spiritual battle instead, and you are getting worn down. Its easy for me to say, but try to let the anger and frustration go. God will judge in the end and no one will get away with whatever evil they perpetrate in this life. But, again, leave it up to God and just know that you've done all you could to keep your promise to your beloved grandson who is now with the Lord. Those who are guilty will not be as fortunate in the day of judgment, yet do not glory in or try to hasten the judgment of God, it is His and His alone to mete out. You just pray for deliverance from the anger & frustration that grips you, and my prayers are with you.
Froggy- You are precious in His sight! He will not abandon you to fight the enemy alone. He will gently remind you that it is He, Himself that will fight for you. He will direct your path and go before you. The battle is the Lord's. You are a strong warrior. He will strengthen you in this battle!

I am so sorry............. that you believed you would see justice gave you hope when you were despondent........... now you're just empty. Remember Jonathan; remember that he loved you; remember he's watching, and give him the chance to look down on you from heaven and tell his fellow angels, "that's my grandpa............ he's the best; he fought for me."
God loves you; your grandson loves you, and one day you will see them both. For now, live the life you wished for him on this earth, a happy one, and remember he may have been taken too soon from this life, but he will spend eternity folded up in Gods arms.

I am so sorry to hear this disturbing news. I could hardly believe they would drop a case because the perps were not cooperating.
Your daughter looks so nice in the photo but that guy is creepy. They don't look like they belong together.

Wouda Coulda Shoulda, I HATE prosecutors….Absolutely HATE them. They don’t get paid sh**, so in return they don’t feel they should do sh**. Hang in their froggy, keep fighting, your voice is being heard and the louder it is, the further it will go.
Question: Was the boyfriend ever drug tested? In the picture he looks like he’s high on something else besides weed…..more like meth
I'm reading all of these hubs trying to piece together what happened to your grandson. The more I read, the more angry I am getting.

I am so very sorry for your loss and the way this was handled. I do believe there should have been some sort of charges filed and do not feel justice has been served. I pray for each of these people and you.
With that being said, I don't feel you are any closer to Heaven then any of them. God teaches us to forgive and love everyone. I don't see how a man so full of hate can be doing good for anyone. Never forget only forgive.
