Skateboarding

Can't say I have ever done much on a skateboard except I got dared to go straight down a hill at the speed of light. All was well until I hit that crack at about 90 miles an hour; the board stayed but I kept going. 30 some stitches later, I just stay away from skateboards.

Now my son on the other hand, he was great on the board. Ollie's and flips and all kinds of tricks. How they leap up to "grind" a rail just amazes me.

I have watched some great skater's in my day. I was talking with my son and he said," do a hub on famous skater's Dad."

Well Eric, here you go-scroll down and check out some of the best.

Bob Burnquist's jump into the Grand Canyon... amazing! This guy is constantly pushing the limits of skateboarding. I mean he's looped a full pipe, looped a loop switch, and even did the loop with a gap it aka the loop of death.

Rodney Mullen is a perfect example of someone who just skates for the love of it, doing his own thing and not worrying what others are doing. I loved watching his biography on Youtube.

Another great skater that should be featured here is Danny Way. this guy also continues to push skateboarding to another level. He's broke and made world records for his skateboarding. He's done things like drop in the HardRock Cafe guitar in Las Vegas and jump the Great Wall of China for instance...
