Out Of Georgia; Next?
55Just this week a court in the State of Georgia heard testimony on the controversy of Obama's eligibility to be the President of the United States.
The President and his lawyer were both no-shows to the hearing. The way it looks now according to the judge that heard the case and the Secretary of State in Georgia, Obama's name will not be on the ballots for the upcoming Presidential election in that State.
Some very worthwhile evidence was presented in the hearings that has me quite suspicious of his eligibility. Lets look at some:
- The President must be a natural born citizen. Both parents of the President must be citizens. Obama's father's passport was revoked by his own statement in his book. President Obama's father was never a citizen of the United States.
- Birth Certificate shown was testified as being phony and most likely photo-shopped.
- Social Security number would be for someone born in 1890 in Connecticut.
These are just the highlights; there was much testimony that has many wondering why Obama is President and should he actually be deported or in jail.
I must say I am very happy with the judge and the Secretary of State of Georgia. I hope and pray their decision will stand and other States will follow their lead.
Georgia does hold quite a few electoral votes compared to many States--15.
Now that Georgia took a stand, it is time for others to do the same. I doubt that States with democrat governors will do anything, but republican governors?? Lets go through the list of States with republicans at the helm and how many electoral votes they have:

All In All
There are a total of 538 electoral votes and a candidate has to have 270 or more to win.
Tell me, if all these States made Obama ineligible to be on their ballots wouldn't we come out better?
I don't dislike Obama because of his color or even as a person. I do think he has been destroying what is left of the United States.
For those of you in one of those States in the table; write or call the governor's office. Get Obama off the ballot. He is ineligible plain and simple. He should never have been elected in the first place.
There are 300 electoral votes on that table above. Make the democrats put someone else up, not Obama!
This is not a conspiracy theory any more; it is a conspiracy fact! A judge and court has seen the evidence and ruled in it's favor. It is high time that people quit being apathetic and get this man out of the highest office.

Seriously? It's nearly four years on and people are still wasting money on this? If there was any real evidence don't you think the top Republicans would have brought it out over the last few years and forced a new election?
WHose money is being wasted? is it public money or private money? Whether or not there are facts behind this, nothing will ever come of it - it would have already been a done deal by now if anything could be done!
"Oh wow look mommy its a birther aren't those exctinct", "No child they arent and they wont be while there are stillracists and people who want to destroy democracy around." If you think he is so bad then vote him out of office don't try to mess with the democratic process and deny people their vote.
To put this in perspective, Judge Malihi asked the attorneys to file briefs by February 5th. No decision can be made until after they have been submitted, and there is no deadline for the decision.
The same, or similar, "evidence" has been seen in court many times before. There isn't anything special about this case. Further, Obama isn't the first president, or even the first White House official, to ignore a subpoena. It's something called "executive privilege." Bush used it and Rove used it.
Jos:
They will never be extinct.
All this Birther folderol is just a smokescreen for racist anxiety over the election of an ethnically black president. That anxiety has prompted racism and xenophobia to ooze out from every rock and every crack in every wall across the USA.

Both parents of the President must be citizens. Obama's father's passport was revoked by his own statement in his book. President Obama's father was never a citizen of the United States.
===========
The Constitution makes no such requirement about the parents of the president. Only the prez must be a natural-born citizen, at least 35 years old, and a US resident for at least 14 years. The passport status of his father is irrelevant.
===========
Birth Certificate shown was testified as being phony and most likely photo-shopped.
===========
It's certified by the State of Hawaii. A newspaper posting at the time corroborates Obama's birth in Hawaii. A gazillion Birthers can "testify" to anything, and I'm sure will keep "testifying" till their dying day. In Georgia, they've finally found a state court willing to waste taxpayers' money on this farce.

Social Security number would be for someone born in 1890 in Connecticut.
===========
So the claim now is Social Security fraud? We're supposed to take the word of a bunch of wacko racist Birther zombies over the certification of the Social Security Administration?
The Georgia case highlights the unleashed racism that is now rampaging throughout this country — fueled particularly by the in-your-face racism of the GOP and their Rogues' Gallery of GOP candidates.
In contrast, Obama and the Dems mouth platitudes about "equality" and a "post-racial society" to try to mollify their voting constituency, while basically collaborating with the GOP in intensifying the exploitation of blacks, Latinos, and the working class as a whole, and reinforcing the core features of America's intensely racist social-economic structure.
(Social Security number would be for someone born in 1890 in Connecticut.)
Social Security wasn't even started until 1935, by FDR. Before that, there were no social security numbers.

This is for the primary, and not the November election. His name could be excluded from the primary ballots, but still appear on the November ballots. Believe it or not, these are two separate issues.
No ruling has been handed down yet, and I predict that it will be decided in Obama's favor. Thus far, Obama has lost his motion to dismiss, only.
